Reusable Pad- Outer layer- Poly Knit or cotton spandex, then a hidden layer of windpro fleece, and an inner layer of bamboo velour or cotton spandex. Then there is an exterior core made of multiple layers of heavy bamboo fleece and bamboo velour or cotton spandex as a topper (No core on liners).
